magpie

This is a community package that repackages the official upstream Magpie build unmodified.

Magpie provides a desktop interface and local gateway for choosing and routing models across supported AI agents.

This package grants read/write access to the home directory so Magpie can find and update the settings of every agent it supports. Agent settings may contain API keys, OAuth tokens, or other credentials.

Magpie keeps its own settings in ~/.config/magpie, the same place as a native install.

Commands launched by Magpie run inside the sandbox, so it cannot run agent command-line tools installed on the host or see whether an agent is running. Launch at login is not available in this package.

In this Flatpak, Magpie's built-in Update button opens the upstream release page; it does not update the Flatpak. Package updates are delivered through FlatPark.
